What does a regular Tuesday look like at 70?
It’s easy to answer that question with something big. We…
At Attune, we believe healthcare should be as individual as the people it serves. Every person has a different story, different goals, and a different way they want to move through life. That’s why Attune begins with connection, understanding what you’re experiencing and what matters most to you.
Attune brings together personalized, evidence-informed occupational therapy, education, movement, and practical strategies designed to help people connect with their bodies, build confidence, and participate more fully in everyday life.

Understanding how your body moves, heals, and adapts.
Recognizing how stress, confidence, habits, and emotional well-being influence health and recovery.
Looking at your relationships, routines, work, home, and the environments where everyday life happens.
Helping you confidently engage in the activities that matter most to you.

It starts with getting to know you.
Attune care will begin by understanding what you’re experiencing, what matters to you, and what you hope to accomplish. Your health, routines, environment, and goals all help shape where care begins.

Your care should fit your life.
Care will be shaped around your individual needs and goals, with practical, evidence-informed strategies designed to fit into everyday life rather than follow a one-size-fits-all approach.

Because healthcare should support your life, not become your life.
The goal is for what you learn through occupational therapy to extend beyond an appointment and into the places that matter most, helping you feel more confident in your body and participate more fully in everyday life.
Attune was founded by Dr. Kaitlyn Rambo, occupational therapist, educator, and lifelong student of the human body. Through years of clinical experience in traditional healthcare, rehabilitation, and integrative practice settings, she created Attune because she believed healthcare could be more than treating an illness or injury.
Her approach is rooted in connection, compassion, and evidence-informed care that considers the whole person, helping people better understand their bodies, feel more confident in their health, and continue doing the things that matter most to them.

Maybe you’ve started to notice that it takes a little…
Healthcare has changed my life in more ways than I…
Attune is for individuals who want to better understand their bodies, improve their health, and participate more fully in the activities that matter most. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, living with persistent pain, navigating a new diagnosis, working toward healthy aging, or simply looking to move and feel better, Attune is designed to meet you where you are.
Attune exists in the middle of traditional healthcare and the wellness industry. It combines evidence-informed occupational therapy with education, movement, and strategies that help you better understand and connect with your body and navigate everyday life. The goal isn’t simply to treat a problem. It’s to help you build the knowledge and skills to care for yourself long after an appointment ends.
Attune is a cash-based, out-of-network occupational therapy practice. Upon request, Attune can provide a superbill that may be submitted to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Because every insurance plan is different, reimbursement cannot be guaranteed. We encourage clients to contact their insurance provider to learn more about their out-of-network benefits.
